MediPharm’s executive and director compensation practices reflect a disciplined approach to governance and strong alignment with shareholder interests:
- CEO compensation has declined annually since 2022
- Director compensation ranges from $45,000 to $55,000, with a minimum 50% in RSUs1
- No insiders have sold shares received from options or RSUs (except for tax withholding)
- All NEO compensation is set by a fully independent Compensation Committee
